Wish I could give negative stars. Came to POS establishment to get my nieces nails done. The shop had one customer and 4 nail techs yet this specific nail tech felt the need to rush my juvenile niece saying “hurry up”. No one could speak English until time came for payment then the aggression came after their broken English resulted in miscommunication. Less than 24 hours later every single nail fell off her hands and the nail tech was unlicensed, rude, and violent. She physically kicked my juvenile (9 year old) niece then lied and stated that my niece made it up. Upon addressing the issue with management numerous employees flooded the salon aggressively, I feared my safety and the safety of my children. The police were called and a report was made. Will never recommend or return. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy. Children do not deserve to be assaulted when paying for services advertised by establishment.

This place is in a sketchy area and is not for everyone people linger around the business and I won’t be too specific about why but if you know you know. I use to live close by and now I come back just to come here all the ladies are great and do awesome work.. best pedicures and eyebrows here! Be cautious in this part of town tho.

I let my granddaughters get their nails done at the salon and the lady decided that it was OK for her to kick my nine-year-old granddaughter with her foot this is not a place ladies but you would want to frequent do what you want with your kids and I can respect that but please please be very careful they have no respect for us in our own neighborhood in addition to her kicking my granddaughter after four days all of her nails fell off this is a bad business if I could give less than one star they get a big fat zero with a thumbs down we do not have to stand for this ladies please protect our babies

I’ve been coming to this place since I was in middle school. Kim is my go to for everything. Since corona they’ve started doing appointments for Kim and I love it because I don’t have to spend all day in the nail shop.

I’ve been coming here for 8 years Kim is the best Kim takes her time Kim cleans your nails Kim get you right it’s always a long wait but it’s well worth it in order to get quicker service and really good service side prefer you come early in the morning a.m. hours but you’ll never leave disappointed the prices are super reasonable and affordable they do a neat and clean job I will forever come back

They only get one star because I couldn’t select none. They rush to do your nails just so the people waiting won’t walk out. I got my nails done last week and they are already coming off and not from the tip. They are coming undone where the acrylic get put on at. This was my first time trying them and I won’t be back.
