I really don’t like when a business likes to pick and choose when to charge “random fees” my husband had to cancel his appointment with the braider Gina due to a family emergency and she replied that he would have to pay “$20 fee” to reschedule.As of 05/06/2022 she does have this “fee” on her website or on any social media page.I would have no issue if it was somewhere in writing but it is not, seems like she just chose to up-charge him. Very unprofessional!
