My friend and i went in for an appointment to get liquid/hard gel done. My friend needed a soak off but instead received a ‘rip off’ meaning the so called nail tech drilled off the nails that she had grown for weeks without even asking her (why would you cut her nails only to give her fake tips??) and then proceeded to rip the acrylics off her nails instead of using acetone or any other product! If she wanted to pull off her acrylics and damage her nails, she could have done so herself and that would have cost her $0 rather than $13! She got charged $71 for a horrible and unprofessional service. And myself, I went in with a picture of a design (first photo (white french)) and asked for the exact same thing just with a different color. I received nothing like I had asked for (second photo) and unfortunately didn’t realize until after the appointment. I ended up fixing my nails myself. Does management not see what goes on in this salon??? We will definitely not be back.

They always get me in and out quickly, the place is cute and clean, and they do a great job on my nails. My gel nails always look natural, not thick and gloppy!

In the cleanness, in the friendliness, fairly priced and a great technique in the service. All of the staff that work there do excellent work, are friendly and make you feel welcomed. I will never go anywhere but T And T Nails 2 West Boylston for a manicure. Very professional , beautiful and relaxing! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.
