I will not be retiring to this nail salon! Older man was very rude and dismissive. Wednesday, December 14th was my second time coming to this nail salon. I called that morning to ask specifically if Tammy was available to do a dip manicure and a pedicure. I was told by the older man who works at the salon that she was and he scheduled me for 2:00 PM. When I arrived Tammy was doing another person’s nails and he proceeded to take me to a chair for my pedicure. I was just thinking he was sitting me in the chair until Tammy finished with the customer she was currently working with. Then, I realized he was about to do my feet and I said “I made the appointment for Tammy.” He proceeded to walk over to the appointment book and asked for my number (I told him). He said Tammy is not available and I said when I called I specifically asked “when was Tammy available and you said 2:00 PM.” He then said “no…no” like I was lying. At that point I was frustrated and said I will wait until Tammy is done. Then, she said I’m booked the rest of today and tomorrow. I was thinking why would you tell me that Tammy was available when in reality she was not (maybe just to get me to come at 2:00 PM). I needed to get my nails and feet done so I just said okay. The whole time the guy was rude, did a horrible job to my feet because I had to ask him to come back and polish a spot he missed on my big toe. I value customer service and transparency. So, if you are looking for that DO NOT VISIT T & T Nail Spa.

I have been coming for a pedicure to this place for a long time and although they tend to make me wait most of the time, I still came back, because Jenny has been doing a great job consistently. Unfortunately my last visit made me decide to never come back. When I called to make an appointment with Jenny, the man on the phone said she wasn’t going to be here until next week. Since I couldn’t wait a week I decided to make the appointment regardless with whomever and hoped for the best. I asked for 3pm and he agreed. Later he called me back and said “can you come at 3:30 instead”. I told him I needed to be back home no later than 4:30. He said not to worry, that I would be done by 4:15. I showed up on time and waited for another 20 minutes in the chair. The owner fixed my water and kept stirring it with his bare hands. I kept thinking “he answers the phones and what not, does a manicure, then comes over repeatedly to check my water without washing his hands first”. Then another male came to start my pedicure and I told him to use latex free gloves since I had an allergy. He didn’t understand me and I used Google to translate. He then said “ok” and started without gloves. I was already super late and didn’t insist anymore on latex free gloves (Jenny was always ready for me with nitrile gloves), because he obviously didn’t understand. I didn’t see him wash his hands either after finishing up another client. He had long nails and hurt me a bunch with his nails. I just kept thinking “never again”. When I was done he charged my card $42. I said why $42, I’ve never paid $42. He told me because he removed my calluses. I was so upset at that point and so late, that I didn’t argue and just left thinking “never again”! He did not remove calluses, as I hardly even have calluses, he didn’t do anything extra at all, yet charged me without explaining prior! But wait!!! It gets better!!! The next day I noticed pain on my big toe. I hoped it wasn’t what I thought it was. But yes, it got worse the next day; I got an infection, had to make a Dr’s appointment and I’m now on antibiotics. Never, ever again!!

I have always gone to TNT and never had an issues. They have been on top of everything with their services. However last time I went I wasn’t very satisfied because the guy who did my manicure rushed me and wasn’t very welcoming. I let go. I went back there this morning and had the WORST, most unexpected ridiculous experience ever !!!! I had an appt at 10 am, an emergency came up and I tried to inform them and called their phone 7 times when they opened. No one answered. When I showed up at 10:15 am, the same guy wasn’t welcoming or friendly . He was rude, rushed me, spoke to me very unprofessionally, I kept telling him if we can start with pedicure and he kept cutting me off stating “Manicure first” repeatedly. I lost my patience and asked him – why are you rushing me , if ur unable to take me. I can come another time. But instead of being polite and professional he rudely said yes I’m rushing you, yes some other time and very rudely looked at me. This is not the type of customer service I expected from TNT, after being their regular customer for years!!!! They lost my business and the guy was the rudestttt ever!!!! I came to this place a month ago and I had a great experience with Jenny, but today it was totally different. I believe that the owner did my pedicure and he didn’t even ask me what type of pedicure I wanted, he just went for it. The funny part is that they charge me what everyone else get for gel pedicure.. that’s what the lady told me at front. She said you got the paraffin pedicure because that’s what everybody gets with gel… I will never come back to this place.

I did not see the tools come from a sterile pack. The disposable nail file was reused. The woman who did my manicure was so rough and aggressive. She over trimmed my cuticles even with me flinching. I told her to stop. I now have a small scab. The filing was more over my skin than nails. And she scratched me several times without even noticing. My hands and arms were a greasy mess when the manicure was finished, I had to use paper towel to wipe off all the excess oil. The result was fine but the pain and discomfort wasn’t worth it! My daughter’s manicurist wasn’t as aggressive, but she too felt pain. I would have preferred they told us they couldn’t fit us in that day, then to give us this rushed and painful experience.
