I NEVER LEAVE A REVIEW. I honestly hate getting my nails done because they NEVER turn out spectacular. I’ve always had a bad experience and just never been 100% satisfied. I came to this place for the first time and it was worth it. They did a great job. I haven’t been happy about my nails in years. You can define tell they focus on the details. Thank you so much!

I have been here a few times this past year and the people are wonderful here. They also give great service and my gel toenails always end up looking really nice. I just wish their pedicure process did not take so long.

Awful experience!! Scheduled an appt for Two pedicures and two manicures. I literally asked them when I should come in. They said 4. Appt booked. Showed up and they said they accidentally double booked and wanted me to come back in 30 minutes. Ok. Then I come back and they set us in water and leave us there for an hour! I literally just spent 4 hours and only got a pedicure that was super rushed because they were ready to leave. What a joke. To make it worse it’s our anniversary and they hi jacked our day. Plus all the loud talking I couldn’t even relax. Hard pass if you want a nice relaxing pedicure.

Seriously awful. A month ago I made an appointment for the Mrs for today because our engagement pictures are tomorrow. When we got there we were totally ignored. Finally she was seated and still waited another 40 minutes while they were starting on new walk ins instead. We finally decided to leave after they seated a group of 4 people and started on them first. Ridiculous.

Totally dishonest pricing. I came here to get a FILL and decided to have them add some powder to make them iridescent. After waiting for an HOUR after I made an appointment, they charged me $55 WHEN HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $30 FOR A FILL. I even drove from Mattoon because I thought it would be better than the places there. NOT. Do not go here.

Went way to fast. Didn’t clean my nails before applying fake nails. I left the place saying I loved them. But now everyone (friends and family) has said how bad my nails are I am so freaking embarrassed by them. They are fat uneven and just not right at all. This is DEFINITELY the best nail salon in Effingham. Not only are the nails beautifully done with quality products, but they have nail art you can’t get anywhere else locally! The salon is gorgeous, equipment is up-to-date, the color collection is extensive AND it’s AFFORDABLE. Everything is swatched out (dipping powder, gel, holographic, foil and acrylic) for your convenience! The Service Menus are beautiful, legible and detailed. It’s also very obvious that the owner (Jason) truly cares about his clientele. There was not one thing about this salon that I didn’t love! Highly recommend.
