Worse place to go, I paided for a Pedicure they didn’t do my heals , they said my time was up I said I would pay for them to do them they said no time left.. there was only 3 customers in the shop with 6 technicians…

I’d give zero stars if I could. I went with a bridal party and my 4 year old daughter to get manicures and only the bride had a good experience out of 6 people. The biggest problem is the attitude of the younger lady that works there (Julies daughter). My daughter and I went to pick out a couple colors for her nails and the lady came up to me and said she needed to do gel. When I politely declined gel for my FOUR YEAR OLD she scoffed, rolled her eyes and stormed off. She did my daughters nails in about 3 minutes and was short, rude and in a hurry. She was in a hurry my last time I was there as well but just assumed she was having an off day. Apparently this is just her way of doing things.

I had probably the worst experience here than I have at any other nail salon. The lady that did my nails was super rude. She kept snatching my hand to do different things and pulled my fingers in awkward uncomfortable positions. She had the little drill like contraption that they use turned up too high, and it was uncomfortable. I asked her to just use the acetone to remove my polish, and she seemed irritated by that. I asked her if the drill damaged the nails, and she ignored me. Very rude and unpleasant. I will not return.

This is my go to spot. They’ve been busier than usual lately but I still get great service. Unclear if they still do nail art as I’ve requested it twice now the last two times and the first time they said sure and once I had my color painted on I was told no nail art. The second time I wanted a pretty simple design and ended up keeping it simple. Still a nice atmosphere and nice employees.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this place. I have a regular nail girl I go to, but it’s a drive. Being that TA is close to where I work, I thought it would be nice to enjoy a pedicure during my lunch break for a change so I gave it a shot.
