Always doing everything within their power to please every customer that walks in their door. Myself and my 2 daughters drive 25 minutes to get our nails done passing multiple nail shops just to come here because of the friendliness and amazing work of all the employees at the shop. Owners of this establishment are very professional and friendly. Always doing everything within their power to please every customer that walks in their door. Myself and my 2 daughters drive 25 minutes to get our nails done passing multiple nail shops just to come here because of the friendliness and amazing work of all the employees at the shop. I highly recommend this establishment.

I love this place. Both owners and their partners are very caring and take their time on your nails even when they are busy. The total atmosphere is very caring and homey. I recommend all of my friends her just because I always receive the best services. I drive 15-20 minutes every three weeks just to get my nails done because I don’t trust anyone else with my nails.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWalk in and no one greets you they just stare and start speaking mandarin. The water for my pedicure was scolding hot, I mean boiling, and no one came to cool it down even though I asked. After 35 minutes of everyone constantly walking pass me I got up and tried to leave. They then stood in front of me saying they were sorry and someone was coming. I was livid. While the guy was doing my pedicure he was so rough. Yanking and pulling and pushing my leg aside. The worst! Painted my nails with an old nail polish that barely had any in the bottle. Then he did the same with my manicure. My cuticles looked better before I went in there. He was snatching off dead skin like I was a mannequin and pushing my hand like he was shooing a fly. Didn’t even soak my fingers for a minute before he began cutting. I didn’t even want them painted. I was simply ready to go! My daughter wanted her nails polished and the lady got paint all over her toes. Only spoke once to my child and that was to say “don’t play with fan”. They never even turned it on for us. My fingers were irritated and my feet were so rough afterwards. Nails were filed in all sorts of directions. Walk in and no one greets you they just stare and start speaking mandarin. The water for my pedicure was scolding hot, I mean boiling, and no one came to cool it down even though I asked. After 35 minutes of everyone constantly walking pass me I got up and tried to leave. They then stood in front of me saying they were sorry and someone was coming. I was livid. She had a terrible attitude bc I asked her to get closer to my cuticles when painting my nails. She didn’t say a word just got up and left me sitting there. I returned to the nail shop like a fool last Friday and when the tech applied powder to my nails it was so sloppy and heavy that my cuticles and around my nails hurt, he never asked for the shape and I had to ask the owner Bruce to fix my nails. It is a week later and they are all lifting and cracked! I will never ever ever go back go this nail shop!
