Normally I’ve had pretty good experiences here but when I first started going pedicures were 18, then they were 22, now they’re 25. I paid for an upgrade to the basic $25 pedicure today which 2as a $30 pedicure and did not get the usual upgrade service. It was rushed, not really relaxing, and my polish looks awful.

Very friendly. Service was extremely slow (2 1/2 hours for basic mani/Pedi) and the polish was old and tacky. My toes dried for two hours before I put shoes on and they still smudged. The first color they tried was so old she couldn’t even get it to go on. I guess most people get gel.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went Saturday (8/8/20) to go get a pedicure and Manicure. One of the men (skinny/older) started on my feet. He is not one of the best (I had other people and I really had a nice experience) He really hurt my toes and it still hurt. He completely messed up my toes and didn’t paint them well at all. I’m sitting here right now as I write this review. They are great. The nail tech was so patient and very classy. They manage to squeeze in my mother in law for her birthday because I wanted to surprise her with getting her nails done. They actually do great work and I’m happy I stopped by.

Love love love this place! I always schedule a nail appointment with Dustin, he does amazing work and matches exactly what I ask for. He takes his time to make sure the nails match and that they are to my liking. I had an appointment today and left happy as always. If you go any where for your nails, go here! Today was my first AND LAST TIME going here. I was there for 3.5 hours and didn’t even get everything I wanted done. There were several ppl that came in after me that left before I even got serviced. I waited an hour to be serviced and even once they got me to the nail desk, I waited an additional 15mins before the tech started. My nails are the colors I wanted but they are very poorly executed. You’d think they’d be better since they took so long to have done. There is SNS cured on my cuticles and sides of my nails. I asked for an accent chrome nail and the tech missed parts of my nail so there is white showing through the chrome. Not to mention how unsmooth the finish looks. When I first got there I told them I wanted my nails done and a polish change on my toes. I was there so long the tech checked me out without even mentioning my polish change as if he’d forgotten. I didn’t bother to ask about it because I was past ready to go. This was a horrible impression on a first time customer. I will NOT be returning there, EVER.
