Went in 2 weeks ago and got a gel manicure, I believe the gentlemen’s name was Henry, they looked beautiful. Went back today to get them redone for a wedding I’m in tomorrow. An older woman started my gel manicure. When I asked her to paint closer to my cuticle suddenly a woman named Kayla stepped in. I had to repeatedly ask her to do the same thing. Kayla simply replied with “ok honey”. When I stated how in happy I was with my nails and no I didn’t want her to fix them because she is the one who messed them up Kayla became very rude and stated there was nothing wrong with my nails. They look like they are already grown out on most, and a few have chips on the tips and bubbles. Also the edges of almost every nails isn’t painted. Kayla’s solution after explaining I couldn’t stay to have them fixed was a gift certificate for them to be repolished at a later time. I’m so unhappy with the service performed and the attitude of the person who did a poor job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been here before never had as bad of an experience, today was awful and waste of $37 because I will need to go somewhere else to fix this mess. I got dip powder, i get dip all the time and it’s never spotty. I asked for a matte top coat before the matte coat was put it they were spotty and she tells me that’s how it’s supposed to look, sample nail it was not spotty. Also she cut my cuticles, when she put whatever on it burned them and with attitude she tells me she didn’t cut me, I could tell she cut too far down but didn’t realize till after I left there was a little blood on 3 of my fingers. I am not someone who complains and I never write reviews, this lady was rude about everything and I wasn’t going to tip anything but I felt bad and gave her $2 and said thank you and I got no response. I did not appreciate the attitude I received from her and also the fact I was standing for 10 minutes after that waiting to pay. Worst experience I have EVER had.

Diane and kaylaa are the absolute best! They do my acrylic refills which I always get pointed and they last for 4-5 weeks despite my daily trips to the gym 🙂 I have tried other salons but none compare

I don’t recommend! I’ve know this nail salon for years! It seems lately they are not happy to be there & are taking it out on the customers. I called to get my nails refilled by Kayla because she did my nails two weeks prior & when I walked in yesterday the guy standing at the front desk said with a attitude, Can I help you??? I was about to sign in & said I had made a appointment with Kayla & he gave me a rude look, then started speaking to Kayla in their native language & I’m standing there looking like what the heck??? I was there for my 2pm appointment & they act like they had no knowledge of me or my appointment! Don’t waste you time or money! Updated on 6/8/22

I love coming to this salon. Hanna is my nail technician and she could not be nicer to me. Always on time, smiling, willing to help me pick out the best color for me and just a lovely person. Everyone says hello and good bye and knows my name. Very clean place. And they really appreciate our coming to their salon. If you are unhappy with your current nail place or just want a change please try this salon.
