I needed a little pick me up and have not had my nails done in forever. I used to frequent T5 years ago and I was pleased to see they have implemented items for my safety but at the same time maintained quality service at reasonable prices. I recommend a soothing pedicure in the massage chair release all of your stress away.

went in to get my first ever set of fake nails removed, so i wasn’t sure what to expect. i found out after later research that the tech wasn’t supposed to rip the nails off of me like she did; she didn’t soak my nails in acetone beforehand. you can see in the picture where my nails are badly damaged from the experience and my pinky nail is even torn, it was bleeding when i left the salon.

They do a great job and prices are very reasonable! Most natural looking full set I’ve ever gotten. They really take their time with shaping them thin. Happy customer right here.

My daughter went there last week with her friends. My daughter was charged 50.00 for a set of acrylics. After only one day my daughter complained her hair was getting caught under some of her nails. Week later she has fungus under two of her nails. Also during the appointment she apparently was rough and cut my daughter’s finger.

Excellent service! My acrylics last for very long and there are a variety of colors to choose from. They have holographic and airbrush available, at affordable prices! Joe and all the other women are great, will keep coming back!

I usually enjoy this Salon when I get my fills but this most recent experience I had will make it so I never return. When I left the salon two of my nails were creased and I’m not sure why seeing as I get gel and they dry instantly In the light.

This was my first time going to this place. It started off ok but when I said I wanted a gel full set she said ok and she did acrylic w a gel clear coat. I had changed my mind and wanted color when she was filling my nails and she was like no it looks better natural. I was thinking how r u going to tell me what looks good I’m the customer and I wanted color. She just wanted to finish because she had a regular waiting. She did a Awful they where so thick and where not all the same shape I had to go home and fix the mess she did. She cut me 3x on one finger and twice on another and kept bleeding. I better not get an infection because of course they re used drill tips and nail files on other people. I will never return to this place I give them and F

I love it! Today was first time here and the lady Linda, she was so sweet, she did a great job and she was very patient with my baby girl. The nail salon it is beautiful,it smells great because of the sented oils, they have real plants and it is super clean.

Visiting my uncle and aunt I want to do my nails. So I look for a place near South Hadley and then. Found it. So lucky!! Excellent Pedi and mani. And the service and pampering are 5 stars. Clean. Perfect ambiance!!
