The massage was okay until the stones came out, then it was amazing. Best stone massage I’ve gotten. A littelr to hot inside and the masseuse was a little too heavy for back-walking, but otherwise a fine massage.

Jian is absolutely wonderful at his craft and gave me the absolute best stretches I have EVER had! The massage was nice, the atmosphere was good but his attention to detail was what set him apart, he felt how tight I was and started stretches that made me feel fabulous!

The man who gave me a massage was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. The first time I’ve came to this spa, I was amazed at how well they massage you. I’ve been to numerous massage spas, and this one is well over the best one in my personal opinion. I’ve came here quite a few times and each time I’ve gotten a different masseuse. I would highly highly recommend this place. This has become my favorite massage spa. Old gentleman who runs place is always polite. It’s a no frills place but its top notch quality work. You won’t find fancy towels or tables, but I always walk out feeling energized and 100% better than when I walked in, no matter who I get, every time. My job is high stress, super long hours and I’m always on my feet so I try a different massage place every few weeks. But when I am really feeling sore and burnt out and looking for real quality, I come here and they melt the stress away from my whole body. It’s a true gem and only place that keeps me coming back.

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. I come in for a massage and for almost an hour a lady did absolutely nothing. I came in with back pain and left with more pain.. when I told this lady to just stop I wanted to leave, I look up and she’s looking at a tablet that is showing a live feed of her store cameras, I couldn’t tell if it was of the rooms or of the outside of the place. But you can assume she was probably looking out for cops or something. But she literally was watching the camera the whole time while pretending to give me a massage. This place is BAD NEWS. I expressed my problem areas prior to the treatment and she addressed everything. I got the Swedish massage for 60 minutes, prices are more than affordable. Following the CDC guidelines. Called on a Friday morning, totally last minute. They were able to squeeze me in with therapist Louisa. She did an amazing job! I expressed my problem areas prior to the treatment and she addressed everything. I got the Swedish massage for 60 minutes, prices are more than affordable. Following the CDC guidelines. I went back at Sysong Spa 3 times . Each time has different girl gave me an excellent massage with the exact pressure level that I requested. They also gave me a foot walking massage that was so good and helped me relieve a lot of stress in my neck, shoulder and back after a very strenuous few days. I love it . The staffs there were very friendly and the place was very clean. I will keep come back this Massage Spa on my regular trips to Chicago and I would high recommend this Spa to anyone.
