I had an appointment set for today October 8th at 2:30pm to get my highlights redone by Ali. She had texted today, the same day as my appointment to confirm I was going at about 10am. I could not make it in today because of work and I would have cancelled sooner if i would’ve remembered but I didn’t see her text until about 1pm since I was working. If she would’ve texted me yesterday I would have be able to tell her sooner I wasn’t going to make it. She then replied to me saying she was booked out 10 weeks and that I should’ve told her sooner and how she’s now loosing money and it’s “not cool” I see this as very unprofessional of her and I’m severely disappointed that I was treated this way. I used to like this place unfortunately not anymore.

I had a great experience at this salon! Kelsey worked me into her schedule, and was a joy to work with. She was very attentive to what I wanted to have done, and I could tell that she honestly cared about giving me the cut I wanted. She did a wonderful job, and I love how it turned out! I will never go back to this place. I went to this place last year. At first treated nicely and they acted professionally over the phone, but that is not what I had experienced. The girl put so much toner in hair, it is thinner than what it used to be. Now I have to find a product for my scalp, still surching. Cost was around $500 with discount of being new customer. Couldn’t afford it so I asked for what ever refund i could get, got back $100. In the end she was very rude, I still have the messages she sent me. I got scammed, what else can I say. Definitely learned a lasson.

I will NEVER step foot in this place EVER again when I went in for a consultation I was given an estimated amount it was about $300 dollars when I had my own dye. The color I was getting done was a very very dark green, I have light brown hair it could have went on my hair an dyed it no problem, but my stylist at the time her names kris was adamant that she HAD to bleach my hair. So I figured she’s the stylist she knows what she’s talking about so I said ok. I asked for a cut as well but only wanted it trimmed an inch, my hair was down to my waist. When she started cutting my hair she literally just lifted it into the air, and cut it so by the time she was done it was to my collar bone. Then we started the bleaching process and she put SO much bleach on my hair it was ridiculous then she left it there for almost and hour or more when I had mentioned to her before hand that my hair HAD indeed been bleached before in the past she left that bleach sitting on my head for almost two or more hours had me sit under heat and everything when it was already blonde but not to her liking apparently, she ate her food and sat around and talked with people disappeared for a little while all as im sitting with this 20 or 30 volume bleach on my hair. Then after waaayyyy to long with this sitting on my hair she shows back up takes it off and washes my hair my scalp hurt SO bad you guys. And I’ve had my hair bleached before and that did not happen. Then after all that she decides that it’s not bleached enough to her liking so she does a bleach wash literally scrubbing my hair with bleach and shampoo and damaging it THAT much more. Then when she’s finally done and we move on to dying my hair she doesn’t get the color right but it was ok in my opinion I could live with the color it was alright, but it came out much darker then I’d wanted it especially after being bleached. I should mention black was a key color in this color combination so like I said I had light brown hair was the bleaching really necessary? Anyways I already knew I didn’t like the cut and my hair was really damaged the color wasn’t even perfect after all of that, but I decided to give it a day to see how I felt about it I get home and I’m just finding random long pieces of hair!? Like what the heck! So it’s not even cut evenly, I decided I was going to call and try and get my money back because this was a royal disaster if I’ve ever seen one and was VERY dissatisfied. Low and behold they tell me no they can’t give me a refund because they have no control over kris and what she does that she just rents a spot there at the shop and if I want my money back I’d have to talk with her about it. In the end I decided not to start a fight with kris sense she knows my family and just went somewhere else to have it fixed but save yourself from this absolute disaster of a place and just stay away, find somewhere else to go to, and for the love of god PLEASE do not go see kris.
