Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis place is very clean and the people are nice but the guy named Vince is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to him for my starter dreadlocks and for the first 6 months he was on time and never had a problem booking appointments, but after that I would book appointments and he would start to not show up on time or sometimes not show at all. I would call on the day of my appointments and I would receive no response back SMH. This place is very clean and the people are nice but the guy named Vince is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to him for my starter dreadlocks and for the first 6 months he was on time and never had a problem booking appointments, but after that I would book appointments and he would start to not show up on time or sometimes not show at all. She told me my tech Amari is preparing and sanitizing the room for me. And she offered me a beverage and a freshly made cupcake(delicious). I signed some papers regarding the services I wanted and at appointment time, I was led to the room where the magic happens. Amari explained everything which made me feel very secure as this was my first time. But when she completed my lashes and gave me the mirror to view…I was amazed!
