Before my pedicure, I told the technician I have an ankle injury and please be careful with my foot/ankle. She aggressively grabbed my foot and put it from the water soak onto the ledge. Most technicians will just ask without forcefully grabbing the foot. I asked her not to do it, reminding her of my injury. She didn’t listen. She did it AGAIN! At that point, I was so scared she was going to really hurt me. I asked her several time not to touch me other than the toes. This is not a safe place. She aggravated my pain and made my foot hurt a lot. I do not recommend this place at all.

I’ve been to most nail salons in the La Crescenta-Montrose area over the years and Synergy Nail Bar is the best! I especially love how affordable and expansive their gel color collection is. The staff are also always attentive to small details and respond quickly for appointments.
