I booked a new client appointment with Jessica to have my eyebrows done. I’ve never had brow mapping done at a wax appointment, but I am so glad I chose Symmetry! Jessica was very professional and talked me through what she was doing the whole time. Once the mapping was done, she talked with me about how she would wax and then show me how to use makeup on my brows. I don’t love a full brow look and Jessica did great work to get me perfect eyebrows. I had also added on brow tinting to my service, which OH MY, I wish I had gotten this done before…it’s great! The service was very good and the experience was overall pleasant. I asked for a straight brow and she mapped out my eyebrows and everything seemed to be fine. I hadn’t gotten my brows touched up in over 2 months so they were quite bushy. When we finished I noticed that they were a lot thinner than what they originally were, which may have been my fault because since I didn’t specifically ask for thicker brows, and she heavily filled them in with makeup. I figured that they just looked a little wonky due to me not used to seeing myself with such heavy brow makeup but upon coming home and taking the makeup off, my brows are just super thin and one is completely botched compared to the other. I am so sad by the outcome and feel like she filled them in so heavily so I wouldn’t see what they actually looked like. It’s an unfortunate situation.

I love how my brows look each time I go here. It would be even better if they were in s. Austin but nobody’s perfect. I’ve only had a brow wax and tint. They last much longer than threading and appear more precise. Only downside is I don’t want to go anywhere else now!
