I first went to Jess 4 years ago when she was at a salon in Bettendorf. Her work ethic, attitude, and personality is something that is very rare. I remember how passionate she was talking about owning her own salon one day and she did just that!!! She always was super helpful and informative. I haven’t gone to her for a bit just because I stopped getting eyelash extensions but she is one of the best in the QC. Whoever says otherwise probably just didn’t get their way. Keep up the good work Jess/ all of her wonderful employees! It’s amazing to see you own your own business and watching you teach now ❤️

SO thankful to have found them! From the minute you walk in you feel so comfortable and right at home…. I have had my brows routinely done and also a lash lift and tint… all were done so well! They’ve gotten me in immediately upon coming for my appointments, everyone is so kind, and they really do MIRACLE WORK. I received the “combination brow” service from Jess. Let me first say that she is the sweetest and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered, and I did not feel rushed. She explained what she was going to do, and in the midst made small talk. The studio is BEAUTIFUL, as well as all the smiling faces that great you as you enter. My eyebrows are EXACTLY what I wanted.

Attempted to reschedule my appointment 22 hours before due to finances, and the owner told me I’d be charged half of my appointment cost and be marked as a no show if I rescheduled. I advised the owner that if she attempted to charge my card, it would not go through. She said “I get things happen but it’s out of my hands”. Being the owner, I’d think that it would be most definitely in her hands to work with a loyal client who has never missed an appointment and has been going loyally every 4 weeks with no issues. They have rescheduled me on their terms less than 24 hours prior to appointments and have also never informed me that the person I booked with would not be there, leaving me to be surprised when I arrived and it wasn’t who I requested. I never made an issue out of this, so I am extremely disappointed that they’ve lost a customer who thoroughly enjoyed the staff and business. I told the owner to keep my appointment, but she had already attempted to charge me right when we got off of the phone. This lead me to not go to my appointment as I refuse to be treated as though my business does not matter and Jess is not willing to work with her clients. She may say that she “understands that things happen” but clearly she doesn’t. The last time I was there, the front desk girl was being ridiculed for the cash drawer being off. Clients were in the building, which to me is highly unprofessional. They charged my card this morning and sent 3 notifications to me letting me know I’ve been marked a no show. Deceiving and disappointing, I will not return.
