I did my eyebrows in this place thinking that I would be totally happy for the job, the truth was a disappointment, the girl who attended me, although she was very kind and her treatment was excellent, totally mistreated my skin, totally tearing my skin off, it burned So much so that when I got home my husband was amazed at what had ripped my skin off. It’s a pity since this room is beautiful. But unfortunately I would not go again, they told me to call the manager and what I received from her, is that she gave me another free service, but I will not go to that place again. definitely NO THANKS

I had a wonderful experience! Jess, the owner was able to fit me in after another place had scheduled my appt for a different day. Samiya did an outstanding job with my wax appt, the best I have yet to come across in years of waxing and almost pain free as crazy as that sounds for a Brazilian wax. She made me feel very comfortable and was professional. They definitely made a new customer! Jess waxed my chin, neck and nose. She was also very professional and made me feel comfortable as well. It was such a friendly environment and I am thankfully I found Symmetry. I am a very happy customer and look forward to using other services they offer in the future as well.

I got my lashes done for a vacation and they looked great. Every single lash came off within 3 days even with taking proper care of them. When I told my lash tech about it she told me it was the glue that they had and offered to redo them but for $65 after getting new glue. When I told her I didn’t feel I should have to pay for an additional service fee when I didn’t get the service I already paid for she suggested I could call the salon and talk to her manager if I wanted to. I was unable to call at the specific time she gave me that her manager would be in so I cancelled my redo appointment. When I told her this she apologized but offered no additional help. It’s too bad because the salon is beautiful and the techs are nice, it is just poorly managed and the owner does not care about her customers.

I’ve had quite a few brazilian waxes so far, so when my regular person I do see to get waxes from was booked and I wanted one, I was excited to try this place out because I did get a great lash lift from here a few weeks back. I was severely disappointed by how this waxing went. I never write google reviews but after I talked to my friend that is an esthetician as well as some others, they urged me to say something about this experience.
