This was my first time here.. I had a 10am appointment today, they didn’t start on my hair until 10:25 because they was eating. I didn’t get finished until almost 5pm. They spray you with some type of disinfectant when you walk through the door without you even really knowing. They say they spray you because of the pandemic but my issue is only one of them was wearing a mask the right way, the other one didn’t have one on, and the three others wasn’t wearing their mask the proper way. I wanted goddess box braids/bohemian braids and I cannot tell you what’s in my head. At first they wasn’t putting in enough curly hair then it was too much curly hair then it wasn’t enough. The back of my hair have too much curly hair and the front doesn’t have enough . I told the lady not to put so much in the front because she was putting in too much at first by putting the curly hair on every braid. I showed them pictures of how I wanted it..Also my braids in the back is smaller than the ones in the front. My braids are

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySo I had been searching all morning for a hair braiding shop (last minute ♀️). I called this shop to check for availability, and the woman I spoke to was very polite. She told me to check back in a half hour. Soon after we hung up, she called to tell me that there was an opening and that there was a stylist waiting to help me. I was so grateful!! I came in and the ladies had me to sanitize and spray my clothing with disinfectant. My stylist got started right away! She did one braid and gave me a mirror to approve the size and shape. She was considerate of my comfort and my edges! They do a beautiful job. The braids I have and the braids I watched them do we’re neat and beautiful!Not to mention, I’d lost my Apple earphones so I couldn’t listen to my Worship music during my experience. However, when I walked in they had Tasha Cobbs singing on the television!! I watch video after video of my favorite gospel singers!! I was able to worship and get my hair done at the same time!! So I had been searching all morning for a hair braiding shop (last minute ♀️). I called this shop to check for availability, and the woman I spoke to was very polite. She told me to check back in a half hour. Soon after we hung up, she called to tell me that there was an opening and that there was a stylist waiting to help me. I was so grateful!!
