I’ve been here to get my hair braided straight back a few times and never had an issue. I recently went there to get my hair braided with a design and the girl that braided my hair obviously wasn’t comfortable with that design because she asked the manager if she could do it before she braided me.

I just left the shop and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I have a hair issue I’d rather not disclose and am usually made to feel uncomfortable about my situation and even embarrassed when I attempt to get my hair done. Ms. Sylvia along with two other braiders (sorry I don’t remember the names) tag teamed my hair (which came out beautifully) and reassured me that my hair “issue” wasn’t as bad as I thought and not once did I ever feel like I was being laughed at or talked about etc. I’m a permanent customer when it comes to getting my Knotless braids done. These ladies know what they are doing. The shop was very clean, they were professional, welcoming and best of all fast! I have extremely thick natural hair. Oh they did an amazing job. One lady did some complaining the entire time she was assisting with braiding bc I wanted small braids but overall I love my braids. Took about 6 hours. Gave 4 stars bc if the complaining.
