I never leave this salon disappointed. They are all well educated in their field, and great at what they do. Very friendly and respectful, and cater to the customer. Kristina has been cutting my hair for 10+ years, and there isn’t a day that passes that I don’t get at least one compliment on my “great hairstyle!” I followed her from her salon, GiGi’s Professional Hair Salon, to Sylvester’s, and will continue to follow her until she retires. I went for a trim with some layers and to put color on my hair I went in with hair down to my butt now all my hair is gone and the top of my hair is bushy on top and the bottom is thin it looks awful and most of the color blended together and the color looked pretty at first but because she had to do it twice I the old color is bleeding through. The most I evr paid and I have been crying all week. My almost shoulder length now.The woman that did it was nice but she just didn’t seem to listen to the fact that I didn’t want to lose my hair.My hair looks nothing like the pictures we looked at either. Either she messed up or she is just bad at hair either way I should not have had to pay full price for this.

They are friendly and if you are looking for a women’s haircut it will probably be fine. However if you are looking for a specific mens haircut I wouldn’t recommend. Lines not straight.

Very clean environment with pleasant staff; however, I went to get my haircut. What I received was a hack job. Before the first hair was cut, I showed pics of the hairstyle that I wanted. I even showed my old driver’s license with the hairstyle. It looks nothing like the pics. I asked for a short stacked wedge. What I got was an 80s (I think it was late 80s but not for sure) chili-bowl haircut. This tops the very short list of the times that my hair was butchered. It will take months for my hair to grow out and go somewhere else for the correct haircut. The outcome is so bad that I am thinking about wearing my Halloween wigs, since I have 15-20 of them. I went home and cried.
