I got my hair box braided there they lasted a week when I came back from vacation and Iwent thereshe made up all these excuses she didn’t even offer to fix them mine do I tipped them very well and I even gave a customer $20 cuz she was $20 shorting they wouldn’t even accommodate her and just felt so disrespected I could pay $160 for box braids and they only last 7 days NEVER AGAIN

I have been going here since I was a teenager. My hair is always nice and neat but, I have spent anywhere from 5 to 7 hours in there and that is way to long. I have taken my daughter there to get her hair done. I just choose to save my $40 and all of my wasted time and braid her hair myself.

On Wednesday 8/9/2017, I got box braids for the first time. When I walked in I showed them the style I desired. The woman that braided my hair was great. She multitasked like a pro! She answered the phone, talked, ate her snacks, drank water, operated the television BUT the most important thing she kept braiding MY HAIR. I was impressed and amazed. It took her exactly 4 hours, which was wonderful for one person. I did observe something that happened within the shop that made me a little sad, that’s why I gave 4 stars but it’s a possibility I may come back to get my hair done again before the summer ends. I was happy with the outcome of my hair.

Critical: Quality, ValueI asked for two braids with color at the end the lady that did my hair made one braid all the way up and the other braid going down and she didn’t put the color at the end.
