Katie did great with my pedicure. Ann did my dip set though and I have never experienced a nail service like that. No prep work to my nails other than the dremmel and a couple nails being clipped. No skin prep and she had me wash my hands after she applied the cuticle oil. When I sat back down for the lotion and finishing touches, she said I can go pay.

I have been on what feels like a constant journey for a decent nail salon. I’ve had so much bad luck, and some places have left my nails HORRIBLE! I was in the area here and decided to try Sydney Nails. I made a 1pm appt, though you don’t have to. I came to get some older, not-so-well-done nails taken off and get a new set. I was seated with Bebe. She was friendly and kind. I even had a couple specific requests and she did an awesome job! Best mani I’ve probably ever had. Def will be back. Thanks so much Bebe! Also, nice clean establishment.

Appointment was at 5pm waited about an hour or longer, got finished at 6:46pm so almost 2 hours, I thought she did a good job yesterday but today my nails look more like pressed on nails and I see so much wrong with them, some of the colors are streaks very thin in areas where you can see the rose gold underneath the color, the blue is streaky instead of smoth and even…. from a distance they look good, but it already looks like my nails have grown out and there’s a small gap…. with the wait having an appointment set and seeing all this today just not worth the $60 spent….

Came here to get my nails done for my birthday. I asked for my appointment at 5:30 and they said that was fine and that if I could make it earlier they would help me when I got in. I got there around 5:15 and they had me sit until 6. They finally started doing my nails at 6:15. I asked for something specific and the girl used a base color that was TOTALLY different and didn’t match what I wanted. I ended up leaving with my nails totally different from what I asked for. I definitely thought this was maybe a one time thing because they were busy but I brought my mom to get her nails done and they did the same thing!! She showed them a picture and the girl said she could do it. When she got in the car she showed me that it was nothing like what she had asked for. Aside from it being very different, the French tip was super crooked, and she tried covering it up with crooked gems. When we came back in to have them fix it the other lady that was there was EXTREMELY rude and didn’t want to fix their mistakes. She eventually decided to fix them but had an attitude the entire time.

Kim is AMAZING!! They were extremely busy and super attentive to our needs!! The best stiletto style nails I’ve had!! Make sure to call well in advance as they are short staffed.
