I visited this facility twice with me husband and both times I had the same experience. On the door the business has decal for accepting American Express, Mastercard and Visa card. When the service is done she refused to take American Express even though it is posted on the door. I tried to pay with Mastercard and on both occasions she said the card was declined. I called the bank and that was not the case. I do not know what she does with her machine to make the card decline. She asks for cash or Venmo. I noticed she does this to everyone. So sad scamming and getting cash. I am going to report this business to consumers affair for investigation. Why can’t they just be honest and put sign that says cash only business.

Great service, lots of rolling dividers to keep social distancing. My boyfriend got a basic pedi without polish and liked it. I got the Organic Spa Pedi and my legs and feet have never been softer! I went for a gel polish and like the style. Both our cosmetologists were very long and communicative.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI got a pink fill but was charged for a full set. I also paid for a lavender pedicure but was given a cheaper Sydney rose pedicure. When I approached the manager Tracy about it she then stated they had raised their prices due to covid and was upset I was upfront with her in discussing my above concerns and advised me they could no longer accommodate me. I was asked not to return. This was her unprofessional way of dealing with the situation. How sad after many years with this salon. My mom, who is physically handicapped, has also been receiving services for quite some time. We go at the same time to help her.
