Each time I go to get my hair done, it comes out amazing. They braid good and fast. If you let them know what time you have to have your hair finished by, they get right to work and get you out! If you show them the style that you want done, they get it done! All of the ladies that work there are nice, friendly and great service!

The owner was supposed to do my hair. She pawned me off on someone else even though I was the first one there. I felt bad for the stylist because she did not know how to do the style I wanted because It was done by the owner. They started arguing when I told the stylist I was not happy and the way she was braiding was not what I asked for. The stylist wanted the owner to take over because I was her customer to begin with. I agreed, but she did not. She gave a lame excuse stating she was sick the past 2 weeks as she continued to braid customer after customer. Knowing that I was not happy. When the stylist was finally done and visibly still upset because she knew I was still upset. The owner asked if I liked it. I told her no but she charged the same price and said “next time” there will not be a next time!!

The twists were perfect,and she did it in under two hours, so I’m grateful. She was very nice, the conversation was good too. However , she had weave on her hand throughout and I felt it on my face. I even had to remove some weave from my twists a few days later. Not good!

I know other people that braid beautifully but this place was suggested by a coworker, so Prior to the visit I text the owner and let her know what I needed done and the hair I wanted to use, she agreed she had the hair and gave me a price. Owner told me to be there at 9am and I live 45 minutes away, got there on time she wasn’t there, I waited and sat in the chair for an hour to find out she never had the hair I wanted and was trying to charge more money. Owner was rude and unprofessional she pretty much kicked me out for not agreeing with her increase in price. Website is wrong there is no customer service and you are not the priority, money is. Very very first bad impression. Don’t recommend ! This is not the only braiding place and she needs to humble herself and treat people with respect. Bad business.

They WILL take your temperature and require that you wear masks regardless of whether or not you have been vaccinated, which I appreciate 100% . Oh… and they are fast. At first Susan had done a phenomenal job braiding my hair in the past. My hair stayed nice and neat for long period of time. This time however, Susan had done a slack job braiding my hair (braids were crooked, uneven and messy) and tried to over charge me $50 more than my last visit. My style should’ve been no more than $60 at the most. Susan called herself being slick and tried to charge $120 when last time she only charged me $70. Just about every last one of her customers that day had complained about their hairstyles not looking like what they had asked for. Also, my hair is heavily damaged (hair breakage, or hair falling out) after taking out the braids she’d put in… I will NOT be returning to her salon. Miss Susan, you tried it, sis!!! Miss round bottom knock kneed Susan tried it!!!
