I went to the patchogue store for eyebrows and tint … after the tint you can’t see the shape of your eyebrows as the tint is on your skin … once it was washed off one eyebrow was thick and one had a chunk taken out of it . Called the store and sent pictures but was told by the owner there is nothing she can do … can’t have money back her words it doesn’t work that way .., so much for customer service… NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

Critical: QualityRecently moved and needed a new eyebrow place so I went with my mother. The lady who did my eyebrows entirely cut off the tail of my right brow. When I looked into the mirror I knew they weren’t even but because she took off too much there was nothing I could say to fix it. Recently moved and needed a new eyebrow place so I went with my mother. The lady who did my eyebrows entirely cut off the tail of my right brow. When I looked into the mirror I knew they weren’t even but because she took off too much there was nothing I could say to fix it. She also couldn’t get my mother’s eyebrows even and on top of all that it was expensive too. Never coming back, total waste of money.

Never got my brows threaded… i was so nervous but the girl made me so comfortable and they came out amazing. The pains not horrible they are super quick. Very affordable !!! Only 12. Then i got 2 hair extensions bc they were so cute and then i decided to tint the eyebrows. When it comes to tinting, it really only works where there is hair. So one eyebrow looks better then the other bc one is more full then the other but its barely noticeable . I am so happy and will be going here on the regular. They know what they are doing … oh and 45$ for the eyElash extensions… not bad. Thats the next trip there lol. Tell your friends !!! Go there !!!

These reviews have got to be a lie. My eyebrows got threaded and she chopped off at least half of my eyebrow. Now I have to draw them in. Has no idea what she’s doing and they both were 2 different sizes. Terrible

Very nice job on my brows since they have been suffering all through covid 19. Initially I was recommended by a friend to come here. Got off work July 4th @ 3:30pm. Called ahead & they agreed to wait for my arrival past their closing time. Great customer service & great technique !!
