I love this place ! The owner has been doing my eyebrows for a few years now . I only trust this place with my eyebrows. However she’s not there the whole week because of her other location in patchouge so I try to work out what days she’s at this location and move my schedule around to just see her ! The only complaint I have is one of the girls there charged me $23 for my eyebrow and lip and the owner charged me $20 today , so im not sure if there was a mischarge ? Either way no complaints , I only have intrest in seeing the owner for now on !!

So today i went to my eyebrows thread for the first time in this place, mind you my eyebrows have a lot of hair and they need some sort of form. The lady did absolutely nothing and only clean the outside. My eyebrows still look the same from how i got there. From the positive reviews I was expecting this to be a good experience that I could go to monthly. So today i went to my eyebrows thread for the first time in this place, mind you my eyebrows have a lot of hair and they need some sort of form. I went there for the first time on Monday for eyebrow threading. I’ve had a hard time finding a place outside of the mall. They did such a great job and there was no wait at around 230pm. I’m definitely going back.

I came to this place based on the reviews and i am extremely disappointed. I’ve been growing out my eyebrows for 2-3months because the last place i went to made them too thin. I asked her not to change the thickness but just shape them and arch them. She made them thin and messed up the shape making them look horrible. A terrible experience all together. She did state she’s not the owner but i guess it’s back to the drawing board in a couple months when this mess grows back in. Never again.

Got eyebrows done here. Fast, easy and great service. Will be coming back!Edit 4/8/19: continue to keep going back.. they’re so friendly and the ladies really take their time and do a good job unlike some other places I’ve been to that are close by. Recommend!

I really trusted the many good reviews and let my guard down by I’m really regretting that decision. She didn’t ask me what I wanted before she started because she was on the phone the whole time. After it was done it was much thinner and not the shame I wanted. I’m really upset. My mistake for just blindly trusting the reviews. She was on the phone the whole time.
