Critical: Punctuality, QualityI had an appointment for 3:00 for a full set and arrived about 10 minutes early. When I arrived I was instructed to check in on an iPad and then sat down. I was immediately sat into a manicure chair and was told I would be helped in a few minutes and I understood because I was early for my appointment. After waiting nearly 45 minutes I asked the nail tech working on the client next to me how much longer it would be until I was helped and she told me that another tech was finishing up on another client and would be with me shortly. The nail techs were taking walk ins before me and at this point I had been waiting for an hour past my appointment time. When I was finally assigned to a nail tech, I told her I wanted matte black almond shaped nails with my middle finger being clear with butterflies. The application of the acrylic dip powder was very poor and uneven. The sides of my nails weren’t even colored in some spots. The nail tech hand drew on the butterflies (which did not resemble butterflies at all) and I was so ready to leave because at that point I had been at the salon for two and a half hours. I was disappointed with the nail design and the tech did not apply the matte finish to my nails after I had reminded her several times and had put it in the notes online where I scheduled my appointment. I paid for my services and left because I just did not want to sit at the salon any longer. I had an appointment for 3:00 for a full set and arrived about 10 minutes early. When I arrived I was instructed to check in on an iPad and then sat down. I was immediately sat into a manicure chair and was told I would be helped in a few minutes and I understood because I was early for my appointment. A lady was originally doing my nails until the guy next to her saw what I wanted and he said he wanted to do my nails. He was so adamant that he knew how to do nails period. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted, he did what he wanted. The nail application of the acrylic is absolutely horrible. Lumps, dips, spots missing acrylic. I have lots of bubbles in my nails from the clear gel coating. I mentioned the poor application to him and he wanted to deny it. He eventually saw what I was talking about. I’m extremely unhappy. I let him know that I do not like the nails and they are ugly. I also felt some kind of way he told me that I’m like cardi b I don’t cook I don’t clean. I’m not sure where this came from because this man has never met me and doesn’t know me! Also when I walked in I wasn’t greeted or no one cared to assist me. That should’ve been my sign to leave. This nail shop only do extremely short nails. They can’t do designs or anything other than a solid color.UPDATE: do not respond to my review like you were willing to fix the situation. I let you know while I was in the nail salon of the poor job he did. Will never be back. Had an appointment for 3:30. Didn’t leave until 7pm. A lady was originally doing my nails until the guy next to her saw what I wanted and he said he wanted to do my nails.
