My friend and I went in today for our first time. We both wanted to get our eyebrows waxed. We did not have an appointment and Riley was more than happy to help us. She did an Amazing job! The product was okay but the experience/customer service experience was not as good. Walk in and it kinda smells odd may just be me. Girl at the desk was really sweet. Then I go into the room and the walls are so thin I can hear everything happening in the lobby! The girl was scissoring so much off. Didn’t talk to me amd tell me what she was planning based on what I told her I wanted. And she kinda seemed upset that she had to stay late for me. For the record it is 4 o’clock. She was scheduled someone else who cancelled and I took the place of said client. Overall experience was terrible but the product she sold to me was okay.

Had always been a very happy customer for years and all the technicians I had were great. However, apparently you can no longer make an appointment without an email address due to their new system- and i was turned away from making an appointment for this reason. Very disappointing, and I don’t understand why this new policy is in place. It seems counterproductive to business. I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Everyone is very kind and friendly! Julia is amazing. She walked me through my first Brazilian and made me feel comfortable. She is very easy to get along with and has an ability to make you feel like you’ve been friends forever! She is great! Being a plus size girl it’s sometimes hard to find places where I feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sweet Cheeks for any of your waxing needs!

I am extremely disappointed. I scheduled an appt late Friday evening for Saturday at 10:30a. I woke up that morning to an unexpected surprise. My cycle had just started. I sent a text around 8am to reschedule and was told I would be charged for rescheduling my appt without a 24hr notice. First off, how am I suppose to give a 24hr notice when I made this appt Friday evening? If they are going to be charging for rescheduled appts with a less than 24hr notice maybe they shouldn’t schedule appts within 24hrs? Not going back. I will find somewhere else.
