There is absolutely no need to go anywhere else. Violet is not only extremely experienced in waxing, she is dedicated to waxing perfection! Services I’ve had thus far include TCA peel, face waxing, and Brazilian waxing. I never felt comfortable getting waxed until I met Violet. She is so easy to get along with and very professional at the same time. Her suite is very clean and well-maintained and it is just such a welcoming and comfortable environment that you instantly feel at ease. She is very good at what she does and I trust her with every aspect of my skin care. She is also remarkably good at communication…both during the appointment (to discuss details of the service, ingredients used, side effects, instructions for home, etc.) as well as after the service (I know I can reach out to her and ask questions at any time but I try to be respectful of her work/life balance by not bothering her at inappropriate times, although I know if I had to she would be there to answer me). I’ll never go back to any other franchise waxing or skin care company ever again. I never felt comfortable getting waxed until I met Violet. She is so easy to get along with and very professional at the same time.
