Sharnell is a professional stylist. I have never once had to sit and wait. That’s customer service!!! The worst feeling is knowing a stylist has overbooked and there’s a bunch of wet heads waiting to get styled. Sharnell’s main priority is healthy hair and providing her customers with tips from both the outside and the inside (ie wrap your hair and drink water). She’s the best!
