I called ahead to schedule an appointment to get my daughters ears pierced. And they said only one person would be there to pierce her ears and they usually like to do two people. But when I arrived one of the girls stayed after her shift to help her coworker pierce my daughters ears! And I very much appreciated it! Both girls were super sweet and very understanding towards my daughter being nervous. They did an amazing job and were super clean!

I will start off by saying WOW I had my daughter birthday party here yesterday and it was amazing. She wanted to do the perfect princess party and we did. They got to dress up and get their hair nail makeup done etc. All of the girls had smiles on their. The staff was really helpful and professional. One little thing I think could make this party package better is more entertainment while the girls were in the chairs. The girls didn’t realize it because they were so happy to be there but after they got their hair /nails /make up done they had to just sitting there and waiting on everyone. But I am a dad so maybe that how the spa shop work. Other than that little observation of mine yesterday was a blast and a great memory my daughter will keep. Thank you to the staff that helped with the party.

Where do I beginning at. We decided to have our daughter’s 7th surprise birthday here on a Sunday. Everything seem to be going well the spa and the runway treatment the girls received was amazing. The three young ladies helping us out where just amazing. The first thing that started to go wrong was we felt rushed at the end of our party. They literally told us we had one minute remaining before the party was over. It was four to five 1st and 2nd grader girls we were trying to rush to finish cake and gather they things to leave. Next was the limo it was supposed to pick up the party in front of Sweet and Sassy at 2PM but that didn’t happen. So, at 2:05PM I go back inside to talk to the lady at the front desk and she says the driver is pulling up. I’m like okay cool 5 more minutes by go by still no limo. At this point the I go back inside to figure out what’s going on. I ask the lady at the front desk for an update on why the limo driver is late. Then she starts to get an attitude when I’m asking questions in a calm manner on why the driver is late and why would the driver go to my house when I paid for them to pick us up here then take us home. At this point its 2:15PM and the limo finally arrives, and I ask for the manager contact details because this is unprofessional all I got was a name. If there was a misunderstanding with the driver be honest and up front with the customer. It doesn’t do anyone any good by beating around the bush. I would like to have a conversation with the Regional Manager Sharice because this was not what we envisioned.

I can’t say enough good about this place! It was phenomenal. The moment we walked in felt so nice, truly great vibes emitting from here. We were greated promptly and immediately taken care of. Courtney dcut my daughter’s hair. It was my daughter’s first time ever getting a haircut and she was so patient with her, showed her everything before she used it and explained what it did. She was patient and never once got flusted even though my daughter was whipping her head around. She treated my daughter like a mini princess. Courtney made sure to give me the prefect cut even though I wasn’t even sure what the perfect cut was. We talked about different cuts and styles pros and cons lengths and maintenance. In the end we went with a slant Bob no bangs. It was perfect. She even put glitter in her hair, cut a lock for me, and gave us a certificate and photo! We will be returning customers! I can not wait until my daughter is old enough to do princess parties here adding photos of before, afters and in betweeners
