My daughter just had her party on 7/9/22. She had a great time in the salon with her cousins but the limo ride was horrible. The A/C was not working in the limo. My sister in law who accompanied the kids could not get in touch with the driver. The air was blowing but it was not cold. The windows do not roll down. It was a 30 minute ride and the kids were hot when they arrived. I have not heard from anyone from the store and have attempted to call several times. I will not recommend this place and will never return. It was 99 degrees inside the limo.

Took my daughter to get her first haircut and it was an amazing experience. Paola her stylist was very sweet and helpful, she made my daughter feel like a princess! The place is clean and very great customer service. Will be going back.

I called ahead to make sure there would be someone that could do my daughter’s type hair. (Half black and Spaniard). So I booked the Diva for a Day package. Was told that they could accommodate her. I get here and they can’t. Was told the person that does her type hair, who is also the manager is on break and fully Booked. I felt like we should have been told the truth. That no one is available today. I would have made different plans for her. Because she is 6. We were already here. She would have been seriously upset if I left, So I downgraded to a head to toe package.

We love coming here! It’s a great place for my 4yr old girl to get a spa experience but catered to younger girls! I prefer coming here than going to the typical kids haircut places with the firetruck chairs. We’ll definitely have a birthday party here in the future with some friends!

Very disappointed at this establishment. We had a haircut appointment there yesterday and just to arrive and get told that the hairstyles can’t cut my daughters type of hair is very discriminating. Just saying how it is!! We ended up taking our business elsewhere. Don’t hire people that don’t know or feel comfortable cutting curly hair.

Super disappointed. We were not greeted happily, it felt like we were annoying the stylist by arriving. She didn’t introduce herself or even attempt to speak to my 3 year old before her first haircut. I knew the haircut came with a locket of hair- which I asked for and mentioned during the haircut… She forgot and then had the cashier go grab a few strands off of the floor… this was a waste of money and so sad to me. This was supposed to be a huge highlight of my daughters 3rd birthday, today. I will never come back here.
