Our 1 year old and 4 year old had their first haircuts today. They both loved it so much! The hair stylists made each of them feel so special and beautiful! I highly recommend this place! It’s fun and full service to pamper your princess. I took my 3 girls today; 3 haircuts and 2 ear piercing. I can’t say enough good things about how sweet and patient they were. I thought the ear piercing went far smoother than when my oldest had an actual nurse do it. We will definitely use Sweet & Sassy again!

My two daughters (11 and 9) recently had their ears pierced at Sweet and Sassy, which was a fantastic experience. The staff made the procedure “fear-free” and “pain-free” for my girls. They turned a spooky procedure into a fun party with lots of cheers! The girls were given lollipops and certificates with memorable pictures attached! The price was very affordable too – under $100 for both! The final price depends on the type of earrings you pick: they have many choices! They also show you how to care for your piercing and give you a bottle of care liquid. We highly recommend Sweet and Sassy for anyone looking to get their ears pierced.

I drove 45 min from Downtown to Katy for my daughter to have an experience with the Sassy haircut, but it was quite disappointing. The place is nice, the staff is polite, but there is no magic or special treatment for the kids. It seems they do not know how to deal with young children. Since the proposal it to have a special moment, I would suppose they would interact with the kids, ask them a question, what are they favorite princess, engage in a little conversation. But the person doing the haircut never spoke a word to my daughter. She asked me how I would like the haircut and went on with her business. The only thing my daughter heard was “look straight”, “face down”, “don’t move”.The haircut was super basic, mainly a straight cut at the bottom of the hair, a glitter spray at the end and it was over. For that I could have taken my daughter at a salon 5 minutes from my house. Not what I had pictured at all.

My daughter had her SpaSpectular birthday there. The staff did a great job with the kids and made sure they enjoyed themselves. My daughter enjoyed her time and felt special. There is a reason my daughter loves this place and they always exceed my expectations. Esther feels like one of the family when she goes there she loves it every time and I would recommend anyone this place.
