Idea is cute enough & the young ladies doing the event were kind & sweet however; it would seem that they need a bit more training. They didn’t brush or part my daughters hair for her updo & it was already falling out before we left. The “makeup” consisted only of eyeshadow & the glitter sticker put on came off directly after we left. The nail polish chipped off an hour after it was put on. The prices are also definitely not worth the services. We had a gift card but we definitely wouldn’t return.

Had my daughters nails done here and polish peeled and chipped off on multiple fingers within 2 hours despite her being very careful. The employee who did her nails did them VERY quickly but used a spray that she claimed would make them dry quickly. In retrospect, I don’t think they were allowed to dry enough between the 1 coat and the top coat. She was done in 10 minutes (both hands and toes) – just noticed the receipt says we were there for 25 minutes. That’s a joke. I called the salon to give them the opportunity to make it right by giving me a partial refund and they refused.

They don’t keep appointments and never bother to call to report any changes to the appointment. My son had a confirmed appointment for. 6:20 pm for a haircut. I kept receiving friendly email reminders confirming the appointment till the day before the appointment. All good till the day I actually arrived for my appointment… I was shocked to find out they were closed. The sign said that they close at 6 pm. So, naturally my 6:20 pm confirmed appointment was non starter. They charge customers the full amount for a no show. I wonder how it works the other way around. Maybe a free haircut?? Regardless, they have lost my business.

Cool place, they need to have more associates and a robust package. We got the hand paint, eye shadow, gliter hair spray and a side star. Nothing much for $25. I felt that was not worth it at all.

Absolutely disgusted with the fact that I had a scheduled appointment for my 10 year old daughter’s birthday and no one showed up. I had confirmation and no one even bothered to call me and cancel. I took a half day from work and drove 45 minutes to see my daughter in complete disappointment. I called and left voicemails. No one called me back. I waited 6 days and finally got a hold of the manager who confirmed my appointment was scheduled. All she could do was say sorry. Terrible business.

My granddaughter’s birthday gift of “The Diva Package” was a great success. She had an hour and a half of pampering and felt like a princess. Her Mama gave her permission to have a haircut with bangs that was perfect for a new and beautiful look. The employees are professionals in hair, nails and makeup. It’s for children only.

We went to cut the hair of my 9 month old daughter the hair stylist was good and did a excellent job. But I feel the price is a bit high moreover their were deals on the site which they said is not applicable. Which is totally wrong !!!!

I HATE IT HERE. They gave my daughter a rash with the eyeshadow. Chose for the pink limo to go to McDonald’s and the driver took their food and didn’t give it to them. he ate all 10 of their happy meals and kept the toy. The dresses gave my daughter explosive diarrhea. Came back to get her ears pierced and she got blue skin from the piercing tool. never again

Wonderful experience for big girls too. Jenna was so kind and engaging to our 3 teenager cousins ages 13, 14 & 15. The artwork with the manicure/pedicure was so cute too…The girls could just relax and forget themselves, and be children for a little while. Nice Thanks to everyone!!
