Managed to paint her nails and do her makeup. She loves dressing up and being introduced to the stage as a princess. I love this place my daughter, 2 yr old, attended a birthday party here. She was definitely too young to understand what was going on but the staff made it work. Managed to paint her nails and do her makeup. She loves dressing up and being introduced to the stage as a princess. We got there a little early it was pretty much empty. We went for a birthday mani for my nieces birthday and my daughter both 7. Basically told to put a mask on and stand around for 15 mins. Our first time there and no one really explained anything to us. Every time I asked a question seemed to be a bother. Girls had to settle for polish colors. They mostly had 2 colors basically in diff shades if you didn’t want pink or red you were beat. I asked the staff were any other colors available. She simply said nope that’s what we have. Never offered to look in back, ask us what color were we looking for or even look around for any other polish. And for 20$ for kids nails I would think atleast have a good selection of colors to choose from. It seemed like a fun experience they get to pick a bucket fizzy soap a ring, but they were told to just pick a color and the staff would handle that. Which I thought took the fun out of it. Also nail design board wasn’t avail so we picked one ourself but had to ask for it. As we were leaving I saw more colors stocked out which the girls were looking for ex light blue and another shade. Disappointing they didn’t care to look when we asked. Overall the girls did enjoy the experience and they said they would go back.

I took my 8 year old daughter and 2 of her friends here and OMG! The manicures they gave them were so bad that I had to take them to another salon to get them done over. I was so proud of them for being so polite and telling the ladies that had done their nails that they were nice because they didn’t want to be mean. I don’t like confrontation so I said nothing when the girls were finished. As soon as walked out of the salon girls were so upset and wanted me to write a review. I never write reviews, but this time I had to. I spent 60 dollars for the 3 manicures and 15 dollar tip. So not worth it! It was the worst experience I’ve had anywhere by far! One of the ladies doing the nails didn’t smile or interact with them at all and the girls thought she was mean.

So i have a few experiences here with my most recent today which left a sour taste for this establishment. The first few times was amazing, birthday parties with the teams I coach and all. Most recently however, today with Natasha of Latasha my wife couldn’t remember exactly the name but, my daughters hair was messed up and kept falling out of how the lady did it. At $200 for 2 people to feel like Princesses we want just that. Well after 3-4 times of my daughter standing upfront with this lady trying to fix it — the lady decided to give up not say anything put here jacket on and walked out, and left. They didn’t receive the sugar scrubs or bath things either. After good experiences I pray this place isn’t losing their edge and going down hill.

Nothing sweet and sassy about this place. Had an event here for my girls birthday party, the employees were emotional-less, no smile or interaction with the kids. For the amount of money this places charges, employees need to be at least more interested in the kids they are interacting with. Plus, the quality of work went down since May, hair breads were loose, make up sloppy. The staff didn’t try to make it fun for the girls party and i will not come and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
