Sweet Nail used to do a really good job. I’d pick them over any shop in Statesboro. However, my daughter and I visited a few weeks ago and everything has gone down hill. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The nail tech was very nice BUT the service was extremely poor and unsatisfying. My friend and I both got pedicures. I requested gel polish after. Most of my toes were half polished and the others were clumpy. My feet wasn’t scrubbed completely and my friends feet looked the same leaving as they did when we entered. Still with dead skin etc. I will never refer anyone here

Not exactly impressed. The gentleman who did my nails was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful job. Great, right? UNTIL it was time to get waxed. The lady doing this was awful! She put the wax on my brows and snatched. Didn’t check to see if there were stragglers. Then my lip. Wax, snatch, done. Also didn’t check for stragglers. I swear, I don’t think she removed a single hair! There were just as many hairs left behind as there were when she started! I WILL NEVER LET THIS PLACE DO A WAX FOR ME AGAIN! For the amount they charge, you’d think I should be been as smooth as a peeled onion, but NOPE!

Critical: QualityI went in for a fill in and the sign says $25 and up! I got basic colors with no design and had to pay $46.58 for a fill in they will NEVER get another penny of mine and my nails aren’t even or shaped right! Never again! I recommend Nails4U! The lady that does nails there is rude and does horrible job on nails I ask for acrylic nails she give me gel nail makes me pay for gel nail and then they break 4 days later cuz she do them real thin and her designs are horrible…..I will never go get my nails done here again..will be driving to statesboro or pembroke to get my nails done.
