I have never written a review before, but my experience was so deceiving so here we are. 1 star for how nice they were in the beginning. The written description and price (both at salon & online) are not what I received. I got a gel (+$15) express manicure $20 (=$35 w/gel) that said it came with cuticle care, paraffin wax wrap, 5 min hot stone massage, & warm towel. I didn’t receive any of those & was told a massage would make it $38. A few of my nails didn’t get the cuticles pushed back and cut at all. I haven’t had a manicure for over a year & a half. I had to ask for the nail polish to cover my whole nail which then made the girl doing my manicure have an attitude and she kept the attitude when she told me it was $70 upon paying (+ tip). All she did was cut, file, some cuticle care & paint my fingernails. The Express Pedicure $25 was fine, but in the description it said paraffin wrap & sea salt scrub and instead I got oil & sea salt scrub (rubbed on legs for <45sec). The hot stone massage was a rub not a massage & most toenails didn't get the cuticles pushed back and cut either. Never have I had a manicure &/or pedicure done in less than 30mins until today. Overall my service here was deceiving, quick, not relaxing, unfulfilled, overpriced & I was overcharged even when I questioned the manicurest if she was sure that was the right price. I didn't get the service I paid for.

Everyone is so friendly and they greet you as you walk in! Amazing energy. Super clean & great relaxing music. Everyone is amazing! I get my nails long and never have I left disappointed. Pedicures are on point also. I can honestly say I’ve had every one of those ladies do my pedicure & every last one of them are careful and a perfectionist. You tell them how you want it and they will do it! Highly recommend! I’ve been going here since they’ve opened and never have I left without a smile on my face. I leave more relaxed and pampered than before. 🙂

The nail techs are friendly and they all do a great job with manicures and pedicures. I found this place driving around my neighborhood nearly a year ago trying to find a new nail salon. I gave it a try and I’ve been going there ever since. Their prices are decent and they don’t overcharge.

My mom and I used to come to this location when it was under different owners with a different name. Sweet Nail Spa has clearly undergone a makeover. It has friendly employees as well as a clean, relaxing environment with spa-like piano music with nature sounds playing the background. I got the Express Manicure and Deluxe Pedicure and was very satisfied with my experience and the prices. I don’t get my nails done often, but I will be returning here the next time I do.

Walked in to great service. Had to wait a couple minutes, no biggie. My nail tech was great. Detail oriented and careful. No name tag though. Deluxe pedicure was worth a little bit more for a great massage. In and out and cute toes. Will come back again for sure.
