Got my nails done only giving them a 2( dropped to a 1) because the service isn’t bad. But definitely will never ask them to do an ombré and then they charged for removing my previous nails. My nails look messy and for the pice I’ve had better.

I typically have a very good experience here but today it was terrible. Not only were my nails crooked, my fingers got cut and they look absolutely nothing like the picture that I wanted. To top it off, I paid almost double what I typically pay and still had to go home and fix them to where they looked halfway presentable.

So… first time ever… I went to get my acrylic nails removed. Long story short, the lady names Suzie, shaved my actual mail beds so low that it hurts to use hot water (washing hands, washing dishes, shower, washing face is now painful) and I have to wait until my actual nails grow before I ever get them done again. They are so thin that it hurts to even press down on them. NEVER going here again.

This is the 2nd time I have used this place. Kimmi the girl who did my nails is amazing, but the Manager or owner is rude. Like always we did our nails on a Saturday and by Sunday it had broke. I called Monday to schedule a time to go in to have it fixed and I was told to come in on Tuesday I asked what time and she told me anytime just walk in. I am here now and was told I had a 1hr wait due to appointment’s. Long story short they’re all smiles when you need a full set or a $60 peti but pay no attention when something they did needs to be fixed. This is the 2nd time I have used this place. Kimmi the girl who did my nails is amazing, but the Manager or owner is rude. Like always we did our nails on a Saturday and by Sunday it had broke. I used to really enjoy Sweet Nail Bar. Usually everyone does an excellent job. Today was totally different. I had pointed out how my nails were misshaped, my tech seemed annoyed and bothered to have to fix them. She tried quickly to fix my thumb but it still wasn’t perfect. She didn’t bother double checking her work on the other nails and because of the vibe I got after asking her to fix one, I didn’t bother bringing to her attention the other three that needed better forming. The experience was rushed, impersonal and messy. Which is a shame because in the past the customer service was one of the main reasons I went there. To top it off my youngest daughter was getting a mani pedi with a total of three colors and they charged an extra 10 to have multiple colors. They didn’t tell me that until after they painted her toes. They have a punch card that says for every $25 you get a stamp except what they mean is, for every person (no matter how many services) you get a stamp. I spent $180 but only got three stamps. Pretty annoyed after all was said and done

Rude! I was a first time customer. My nails done mediocre at best. I asked her to trim my nails down and she cut them off. That’s not even the big issue. I was filthy! Towels where still wet. Most of all the manger! I had a issue with my card. She charges me to swipe another card. What? That just cost them one client! Dip powder
