Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDo Not Come Here! I have been going to this one particular braider that works there for 4 years now and I’m shocked at how I was treated by her and the owner of the shop. Furthermore, my appointment was booked for about 3 weeks. Marie told me to be there at 9:00am and she didn’t show up until almost 10am. I was getting knotless braids and I was told that her and another girl was supposed to do my hair. That was not the case! Marie took another walk in client and put her ahead of me and just left the other girl to do my hair, who was not that experienced at all. She did the best she could but was very slow.. After all that Marie took 6hrs to do the other persons head and then she finally got to my head and she acted like she was tired, kept saying she was hungry and was intentionally moving VERY SLOW and she constantly stopped to seat down and do nothing. Finally I told her that I was done with her attitude and I was ready to go. I was there from 9am to 8pm and only had half of my head finished. My braids are unfinished at the top of my head and unraveling. Then she proceeded to argue with me about what I should pay! I shouldn’t had to pay anything but I wanted to compensate the other young lady who did the back of my hair. And to make things worse the OWNER of the shop called me to ask if I was coming back to get my hair done! But proceeded to say that I need to pay them more money to finish my hair!! AFTER I ALREADY PAYED THEM FOR AN UNFINISHED JOB! I Will Never to comeback to this shop again!! They do not respect their customers at all! They are just worried about MONEY and not about doing a good job. This is not how you treat customers who contribute to your business. I have been a regular customer to Marie for a while and have spent a lot money over the years. And how I was treated was unacceptable and I would be surprised if these business stays open. It was a last minute thing because my original hairstylist had to cancel . i booked with Maria thursday 3/17/2022 , yes my knotless braids are neat & nice but that’s not the point of this review. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK! Maria & I was communicating over facebook messenger, she asked me what length i said small knotless waist length and she told me $300 so when i sat down in the chair they got started , they asked me do i like it ( mind you the woman just started braiding and she only did two rolls) the woman that was braiding spoke in her language to Maria and Maria told me $320 ♀️that’s a RED FLAG right there .

this shop is the worst experience ever had I talked to marie at 12:00pm and ask if she could do a style and she agreed i told her my commute would be a while because i was coming from a whole different side of town and she still agreed i arrived at 1:30 pm and she refused to do my hair telling me i took too long . she never called and said dont come anymore or nothing . wow i wouldn’t risk wasting your time with this establishment. !! What a waste of 2 hours . !!
