EXTREMELY SATISFIED! I decided, last minute, to get my nails done for my Cinco de Mayo Birthday tomorrow. My usual nail salon was booked, so I was obligated to try someone new. I walked in with zero expectations and walked out a new and loyal customer. Alex and Jackie, my nail technicians, did an EXCELLENT job. They were patient, extremely detailed and precise. I did enjoy my entire service accept The one issue I had was the lady that did my pedicure, cut my cuticle on 1 toe twice in same spot.. I had services here for the first time. I received a fill in and pedicure. When i got home to my dismay my nails were a different color from left over polish. The manager told me to come back in and they would fix it. Once again they tried to shave and file the previous polish off, to no avail. I ask to receive a refund and the manager gets loud and rude to tell me that i need to sit down and they will remove all polish and file off all of their work for me to get a refund. Needless to say i walked out. I never saw such bad work and wanting to keep every single dollar, not to make sure your customer is satisfied. Never will return again!! First time and last time! It’s all about the money for this company. The tech was Alex and manager was Phillip… Run far away, too many other nail shops!

I rarely do any self care so when I do, I want to make sure I find a great place. I decided to give this place a try. The hostess / receptionist at the front was super helpful, the facility was clean and sanitized (also love the decor), beverages were offered, and my nails look great! The foot massage also felt great on my postpartum swollen feet. I really enjoyed my pedicure experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

I got second degree burns from their eyebrow waxing and ended up in the emergency room for 2 hours! When I went back in they set me down and put an ointment on without telling me what it was which made it worse according to the nurse and they had no license or insurance in the building for insurance claims! I wanted to give them a try after I bad a bad experience prior with my nails for homecoming, which I got charged over $100 dollars for thick nails with the clear coat being cured as it dripped off my nails.
