Not entirely sure how I feel yet. Today was my first time visiting. Got a gel manicure, they did it differently than most other places. Not to mention I was told it would be a few minute wait time and I sat waiting for over a half hour. I guess we’ll have to wait and see how well my gel holds up.

So I’ve been here 3 times now and wanted to wait before leaving a review. I wanted a new nail salon closer to home and saw the reviews and variety of nail styles. Firstly they aren’t too polite which is annoying because if I’m going to spend my money I expect good customer service. I don’t like the gel alternative they use instead of acrylic. Nails are left lumpy and uneven. I asked for a fairly simple design twice and neither of the best people there could do it properly. They couldn’t even imitate the styles shown in the reviews…. too much money to be left unhappy. Getting my nails removed and won’t be returning to this place.

Critical: QualityOne day after having nails done one falls off. I go back to get it fixed and she is on the phone while she should be doing my nails. She was making appointments on my time. Now I have two missing nails. Karen did them the first time. Emily fixed her mistakes. They still fell off. Waste of time and money.

We walked in after passing other nail salons and thank goodness we did! Our technicians were so sweet, gentle and meticulous and we really needed the attention to calluses and general neglect. I cannot imagine the condition of feet some of these professionals are subjected to. I am grateful for their fine care.

Came here with two girl friends and we all left with the cutest nails! I had Noriko for my nail artist and she was really considerate, detailed and helpful throughout the entire process. I would ask for her again next time.

I did a crazy amount of excursions and I’m a nurse so I work quiet a lot with my hands. I had a crazy few weeks and couldn’t make it in to have them changed until almost 6 weeks after they were done.
