I went to Sweet Appalachia for my first tattoo and had such a great experience! Jacki was friendly and professional, designed a custom tattoo that was even better than what I imagined, and provided a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment. My tattoo turned out beautifully and the healing process has also been really smooth. Jacki also provided an aftercare kit which was really helpful for taking care of the tatoo.

Jacki is professional, talented, generous, and fun. I have 2 tattoos both designed and done by Jacki and I can’t imagine ever going to anyone else. Her lines are delicate and lovely, and I’m in LOVE with her work. She’s hilarious and fun to talk to, and keeps you distracted from the tattoo sting. Her COVID measures are very very carefully put into place and she works hard to protect her clients and provide great experiences. If I could rate her 10 out of 5 stars I would.
