Just had my first experience at Sweat Sauna & Massage! The massage pressure was perfect, I could really feel all my knots getting the attention they need! This was my first time trying out a pod, and it was great! Unlike your typical sauna, your head is outside of the pod which is definitely a plus. I was able to breathe, and remain comfortable while my body was in the pod, sweating! The cool eucalyptus towel felt amazing after my time in the pod. I came out feeling relaxed and ready to finish my day. I would recommend this to everyone!
