I came here on Wednesday to do my nails I did a dip on my natural nail, today is now Saturday. Yesterday was Friday and two nails have already chipped the dip off my nail. I have never been to a nail place where my nails only last two days paid $45 what a waste of money. I did not like the way she put the dip on my nail she used nail polish then dipped my finger into the powder. I feel that is why it did not stay on my nail. I will definitely never go back and do not recommend.

Got my nails done right after my pedicure and I love how my nails came out very happy with there services they gave me I will definitely be back … the only thing is they don’t take bank cards they only take cash . Which was a very big inconvenience to me . They do have a atm inside there shop but I don’t like using atms that isn’t my bank for more fees they say the atm is free to use but my bank charges me for using other atms that isn’t my bank point is they need to get there card Machine working . Horrible service. Will never come here again. I got a gel pedicure on my toes and the polish came out bumpy because she was rushing. I asked her to redo them and she tried to blame me for having my toes short when I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. She was rushing in between coats and did not put the gel light on carefully. When I asked her to redo them she also rolled her eyes at me.

Came in had a pedicure and a full set of nails. A day later one of my nails broke in half. No exactly sure why wasn’t doing anything crazy. No big deal I figured I can come in and get it fixed. When I came in I was told they were “ too busy to fix it and to come in later” which that was a lie. The person who did my nails wasn’t there and no one wanted to fix it for me. Very disappointed because I paid over $100. Because I couldn’t come back I decided to stayed and waited. People kept coming in and they would see them immediately. My one nail would have taken them 10 mins tops and I would have been happy and continue to come. You guys lost a good customer

Walked in for a pedicure and acrylic fill. Walked out disappointed after spending 100. The nail tech shaved down all my natural nails from underneath. I’ve been growing them out on purpose. Then she said she had to charge me for a full set. I was in disbelief and confused. My pedicure was rushed and I ended up with one shiny feet and one matte feet with gel polish. Less then 4 hours later one of my nails broke. Went back in the next day to get it fixed, that was easy, then later that day 2 more nails broke. I was folding clothes. I wanted to live this place since it is right next to my house, this was the 3rd try. Never again

My sister and I had an appointment for pedicures and I needed acrylics done. We arrived early so it was not unexpected that we had to wait 15 mins before we were shown to a chair. We sat there…without even the benefit of warm, swirling water to pamper our feet…for 45 mins, well after our appointment time. And then, OUR service people were anything but cordial or polite. In fact, in some cases…downright rude. The service person doing my feet…and get this…came at me with a cheese grater to file my callouses. Now, granted, it had been awhile since I’d had a pedicure, but come on….a cheese grater? And I’m a diabetic!

I was so excited to go here because it looks so cute in the pictures. I was extremely disappointed. For starters, for a spa pedicure and a gel manicure with design, they had me in the building and out the door in 28 minutes… everything was rushed. They wouldn’t let me take the time to turn on the back massager or look at my phone to find an example of what I wanted. They made me stretch my arm from the opposite side across the chair and hold it on the other side for the entire manicure… now I feel like I need a massage because my shoulder is all cramped up. They went as fast as they could (and it shows). I normally don’t write reviews but my nails and toes cost $75 and it stinks to pay that much (plus tip) for bad service. I’ve never had even a pedicure that lasted less than 45-50 minutes, let alone a mani pedi. Sadly disappointed.
