I recently moved from Portsmouth to Petersburg and was recommended by a friend to try out Swanns. Aubrey cut my 1yr old hair and did a great job but charged $15. For a 1 year old! I typically send $8-$10 for his cut.. My son never has an issue getting his hair cut, Thank God but i just felt $15 for a baby was a bit much. Other than that it was fine. But needless to say we haven’t been back since.
