Absolutely THRILLED with my first visit to Swanky Studio Received my first ever lash lift & tint, plus a brow wax & tint… and was completely pampered by Morgan. She made me feel so welcome & kept me totally informed throughout the process. It’s now been 2wks since I had my services & they still look great!! I have been going to swanky since April 2022 for my brow shaping and lash tinting. I see Lexi for both of these services and Lexi always does a phenomenal job. I am a non-ambulatory manual wheelchair user, so I need to transfer to a table for her to work on me. Lexi is respectful by not asserting her help upon me, just because I use a wheelchair and respects my autonomy as a person to wait for me to ask her for help if I feel it is needed. Before I come, she moves the bed against the wall, which helps the transfer feel more secure. In the past (before we discovered that trick) she has assured there would be staff there to help hold the table steady to assure my security when transferring. Now, the only thing I have Lexi do is hold my wheelchair steady, just in case and she happily does it for me. I have even asked her to take videos for me for my social media content creation and she happily did that for me. In the past, I struggled with the front door having a welcome mat that made it hard for me to open the door. Once I alerted Lexi to the problem, she removed the barrier of that mat and also helped me with the door (because I asked). The down fall is the parking is on a hill, which isn’t ideal for a wheelchair user but I park on the street and it has worked out so far! As far as the end results?! My eyebrows have never looked better since we decided to add tint to them and now a lami. What is great is Lexi slowly eases me into services I’m curious about but not doing it all at once to shock me! For instance, I started with brow shaping, light brow tint, darkened the brow tint, then darker brow tint and lami. Now, they’re perfection. I am grateful for her patience of working me up to getting use to looking at darker brows before just going full on dark brows instantly! I would recommend swanky to anyone and would recommend them to wheelchair users. Just let them know the accommodations you need ahead of time or while there and I know they’ll be happy to provide them! It is so hard to find places that are architecturally accessible none the less culturally accessible in these parts. Definitely a breath of fresh air!

Owner was not very nice to me. Will not honor expiring gift certificate(s) even when her schedule is too booked up to fit in before expiration. Even that could be overlooked as I did wait until the last few days. However, no excuse in not being nice and professional. Would not return for this reason.
