Swanky – a top rated salon located on the border of Westlake Village and Agoura Hills – was opened by Melissa Pringle in 2011. Tired of working in salons that felt like factories, where stylists quickly cranked out cuts, Melissa desired to open a salon focused on offering excellent quality and care to its clientele. Swanky Salon is just that. Here, hair stylists and color artists are highly trained and undergo continuous education to keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques. We use cruelty free/vegan products, such as Kevin Murphy and R+Co, as well as vegan Faction8 Color. Most of all, we are dedicated to creating the look you most desire. Warm and inviting, Swanky Salon prides itself on providing high quality services.

Fantastic! I got a lovely hair update from Sean – she’s newer to this salon, but has an extensive history as a hairstylist, and has a magic touch with hair color. She’s super knowledgeable, and gave me hope for my hair and the options I have with it. If I’m ever in town and needing a hair appointment, I’m definitely going to see if she’s available! I have been seeing Pringle for over 12 years and have always been extremely happy with my hair. I moved away for 1 year in that time and could not find a stylist that could come even close to being as good as her, at any price point. My sister and mother fly in from Washington to get there hair done by her! The salon is super cute and everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Will never go anywhere else!

At first I thought that I would just do my own hair day of the wedding but then the week of the wedding, I decided to let the professional handle it and I am so glad I found the swanky salon near my wedding location venue. I found the salon on yelp as I was looking for something close to the hotel where we were staying. I booked the appointment via yelp through messages. Veronica did my hair and she did an amazing job. My hair was beautiful the day of our wedding. I would recommend Veronica and the swanky salon. I will be back for color and haircut.
