I had my hair done by Amber today. The woman is amazing! I’m a red head, but starting to go gray. She mixed a color concoction together that was spot on. This is the closest to my natural hair color that I have ever had, plus it has complexity, with lots of slight highlights. PERFECTION! My hair cut is fabulous too. She was genuinely worth the drive from Johnson City. Love my hair!!

Got there a little earlier than the appointment time but still had to wait close to 40 minutes for eyebrow waxing. The staff member working did not apologize for the wait time, and also did not mention that this is a cash only business. When asked if they take cards she replied, “No sorry, I probably should of mentioned that.” Overall I got the impression that I was imposing on her time even though I was paying her for a service. Not a good experience, would not recommend to a friend, will not be going back.
