Most definitely will never be back and would never recommend this place. I came in after work needing a gel fill and wanted a gel polish change on my toes as well. I was greeted by a young man and that was fine however by the time I got to my nail technician I looked around and saw everyone else with the drink I was never offered one. I even asked for a drink and she said okay give me a few minutes someone will be by here no one ever came and there were people standing around… by the time she started doing my nails I had already decided I didn’t even want my toes done and the shape I asked for my nails to be is completely off I paid for my service with no tip and left.

Kim did my pedicure, it was the best pedicure I’ve had in 2 years. She didn’t rush, cleaned my toenail bed, gave me a spectacular massage. I will definitely be back. Danny did my acrylic fill with a Coffin shape. Just gorgeous service, my nails are beautiful!! Pedicure

Lash extensions. Kayla is absolutely the best at lash extensions. She is also very quick. A full set just took one hour and I love them! I’ve been going to her for a few years now and would never go anywhere else. Oh, and a full set was 100.00 and fills are 65.00. Best prices in town to boot! See Kayla at Lash Studio on Penn for a beautiful set of eyes!

I will not be going back to this place! A while back I came here to have my eyelashes done. The length was way longer than I asked for and one of my eyes lashes were way longer than the other side. The owner fixed them by cutting the extensions with scissors. I was satisfied enough and left. A while goes by and I came back for a fill because I had an event and my lashes looked crazy from it being a while since it was done. I paid $75 for a fill ($60+tip). Constantly throughout the service the lash tech was hurting me by pinch my skin with what I think were tweezers and pulling eyelashes out (my real ones). I said owe multiple times as she said “sorry” and proceeded to keep doing it. It also took the lash tech over an hour & half to do a FILL because she kept stopping and just doing nothing for long periods at a time. Then once the service was complete I was happy enough with how they looked and honestly was just ready to leave. I didn’t want to complain about anything and be that kind of person so I just smiled and left. THEN I drive all the way back to Stillwater and multiple chunks of the lashes fell out. It then looked like I hadn’t even gotten a full done and I wasted $75 just to have crazy looking lashes again. They lasted an hour. I immediately called the spa to let them know what happened and that I would like a refund and would happily provide pictures. She offered for me to come back to have it fixed but I let her know that I was not going to spend an additional $30 in gas to drive there and back again for them to fix a bad job done on a service. The girl who answered the phone said that she would let her boss know the next day what happened and would ask her what they should do and if she wanted me to send pictures of it or not. Here I am, a little over a week later and I have not heard anything back from them, no refund and my lashes still look horrible. NEVER go to this place for lash extensions.

I have been a customer here for several years and my service has been nothing less than exceptional. Friendly environment and my specialist is Vy. She is professional and friendly and is an expert at what she does. I can go weeks without any chipping or breakage. Other places I have been I would always need a repair. Not here. Swan the owner knows her customers and she is excellent with brows and lips and all other services. I can’t say enough positive things! I love Swan Salon! My husband also is a customer and that in itself speaks volumes.

I had a wonderful and relaxing experience! I walked in and Tiffany at the front desk quickly and efficiently got me set up with a mani, pedi and facial. Jerry did excellent, professional work with the mani and pedi and (another) Tiffany did a wonderful facial with relaxing music and excellent technique. Swan herself greeted me and asked about the well-being of my daughters and mother. I felt very special. This was my first time back since the pandemic and I felt welcomed and safe. Moving forward, I will come back regularly.
