i LOVEEE…this place. i cannot tell you how much i enjoy the staff, the environment, and the massages!! I recommend this place to everyone. This place isn’t sketchy like many of the other places. I always feel so much better after my massage, all thanks to the professionals that do them. They always know where i my pain is. The massage rooms are extremely calming and quiet, with dimmed lighting i could fall asleep.

This place had excellent service and gave a nice hard massage. This isn’t a high-end spa where the decoration and rooms are luxurious, and that’s fine with me. The only thing leaving it at 3.5 stars is that they asked for more tips which ruined my mood and experience. I gave a 24% tip ($12), and the masseuse had asked me for $3 more dollars ( $15), which would leave it at 30%. I saw previous comments from the owner saying they usually suggest 15 to 20%, which is why does confused me even more. I would’ve been a returned customer but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve been here many times before and usually I request Emily or I let them know I need someone who is good at what they do but since I go there so often, I decided to not ask for anyone specific. This lady might have been new BUT oh man, I feel like I just got beat up. She man handled me, threw me around and I took at fist to my face as she was trying to turn my face. Insane. I told her it was painful and she kept telling me to just relax. MIND YOU, we were speaking in Chinese too. She was trying to stretch me and almost broke my arm, and I screamed. It’s one thing to be in pain from being so tired but it’s another thing to be in actual pain from the masseuse. She was going at a super fast speed, was super rough. Literally felt like her punching bag. I don’t know if I can come again, I’m traumatized. She was also jiggling me and i think it was to “loosen” me up but with my underpants pulled down, it’s super weird.

On Saturday it was amazing. The woman who massaged me took away my back pain. That is the the reason I came back tonight Monday, the woman who massage me tonight gave me more pain. She stud on my back, she jumped on my back, she dug her elbow in my shoulder. I didn’t say anything because who am I to say something against one of your workers? I am in more pain now than when I first arrived. I came here to get rid of the pain, not being more pain. And then when I told her about it she act like you didn’t understand me. And she said tip her. I gave her $10 and she snatched it out my hand. I think I deserve a free 1-hour massage but not with her. I do not like tonight to massage. I am in more pain now! I don’t think one massages to ruin the experience but I don’t want her massaging me again. After this bad experience I think I do deserve a free 1-hour massage as I mentioned earlier.

Let me start by prefacing that I’ve been to multiple massage parlors before this so i can compare this place to those experiences. 1st off its cold inside here.. no, not the sterile type but the temperature is set to freezebox. Next, I left the place in more pain than I had going in. My husband also had a massage and it seems although we got the same thing, there was no consistency in our massages. He said his bed was heated, mine was not. My masseuse left my body parts out and open when moving from part to part. His masseuse covered him up as she went along. Next was the fact that it she kept hurting me. I have never been in so much pain AFTER getting massaged. At one point it seemed aggressive. At the end she threw up legs up into the air and let them flop down. I dont know that technique?

Woke up in so much pain the next day. The massage lady was super aggressive even after I repeatedly told her she was being rough. She would just laugh and say “relax”. Not coming back.

Bomb!! I usually go to the pricey spas with wet and dry lounges some that charge an entry fee even with a scheduled service but today I just needed a full body rub. My friend insisted I try “her spot” Honestly I didn’t even get my therapist name. She was amazing! I had a 90 min service and I think it came up to $65. Like you can’t beat that! Ambiance was warm and inviting. Place was clean, smelled good, no loud sounds other than the one weird client that had a list of demands but otherwise my friend will have to share her spot. So.. find me here once a month even if I’m driving all the way from Brooklyn because this place is it!
